I have acquired some new items from your site about desktops. Another thing I've always assumed is that laptop computers have become a specific thing that each family must have for most reasons. They supply you with convenient ways in which to organize households, pay bills, go shopping, study, hear music and even watch television shows. An innovative technique to complete every one of these tasks is with a notebook. These desktops are mobile, small, powerful and lightweight.

Hi Theresa, thank you for your comment. I really like your idea of placing inspirational messages on your altar and then drawing one out when ever you feel you need a boost.

Feeling Comfortable in Your Office Space

How can we be in the day to day in an office setting and create a sacred space? I like Neshi's example of how she created a space in her cube. She went deep within herself and created an energy oasis. She reminds us that we can do this too and how simple it can be.

I'm in an office setting and needed to feel I was in a sacred space. The energies, I'm sure like most offices, are kaotic when coworkers get into drama. I found that I was getting caught up into it just thinking about them getting caught into it. So, I set up my alter and vision map to help me feel comfortable and safe. I touch the stones on my alter periodically and feel grateful for the work that they are doing. My vision map has pictures and words of what I want to wrap my feelings around. For example I have a picture of a big grizzly bear wrapped over a large fallen tree. It's as if he's hugging the tree. When I see this picture, it reminds me to just be. Just be present. Just be grounded with the earth. Just be in the pleasure of everything.

My alter and vision board are tools for me to create my sacred space. In the center of my alter, I put an antique blue glass vase that's round and looks like a mini bee hive. I've decided that whenever I want something I will write it down on a small piece of paper and fold it up and put it into the vase. I've accumulated quite a few inspirational messages in this vase, and from time to time I ask it, "What do I need to know for my highest good." Then, I pick a folded note and read it to myself. It gives me a boost. It helps me in those moments when I feel I could go down drama lane.
